Recorded messages through our service are only stored on our system for 24 hours and then destroyed. Calls made from a BT landline cost 5 pence per minute, but calls made from a mobile or other networks may cost more – please check with your provider before you call.
Our staff will never access any recordings, and all are stored securely and will simply be sent via e-mail to the caller once they have requested a copy.
